Last April, the Channel Partners 2018 Choice Awards were held to recognize the suppliers that deliver excellence in their channel programs. The winner that garnered the award was Broadvoice, after being nominated by America’s Fastest Growing Distributor of Connectivity & Cloud Services, Sandler Partners who is also Broadvoice’s top-producing master agency.
The Channel Partners is a source for indirect sales channels offering IT and telecom systems and services. Channel partners have been the leading provider of news and analysis for 20 years. Within those years Channel Partners have produced the Chanel Partners Conference & Expo, and the Channel Partners Evolution.
Lorna Garey, Editor in Chief of Channel Partners, said that the awards are 100 percent driven by the community. All CP Choice winners were nominated by current partners, with no incentive except saying ‘thanks’ for superior enablement, products, and business support.
Alan Sandler, Managing Partner at Sandler Partners, whom also nominated Broadvoice in the Channel Partners Awards, said that Broadvoice’s commitment to the channel and their success has helped their partners transition from selling circuits to selling other in-demand services like cloud PBX (Private Branch Exchange), UC call center, and SD-WAN (software-defined wide-area network). Sandler Partners said that Broadvoice helped other industries to grow their businesses by expanding the services they can sell, the types of clients they can support, and the level of customer care they can provide. Sandler emphasized that Broadvoice is a right partner.
In 2017, the Broadvoice partner network tripled because of its channel-friendly and its channel first go-to-market strategy. In 2018, the company made a significant investment and commitment to its partners.
Tessley Smith, Broadvoice’s Vice President of Channel, said, “It’s an honor to be recognized by Channel Partners for having an excellent channel program, especially since the award is based on feedback from the partner community.”
He also said that as a channel-first organization, they are determined to make it as easy as possible for partners and their clients to work with them and achieve their desired business outcomes. This award affirms their success in doing that, which is very gratifying for all of us at Broadvoice.”
