Big Bang Theory Season 11 ended with Sheldon and Amy getting married, leaving fans with the excruciating anticipation of wondering what is up next for the couple. In The Bow Tie Asymmetry episode, fans had a better realization of Sheldon and Amy’s relationship. The episode showed that Amy understands Sheldon’s references and genuinely cares when he gets too engrossed in his job. The show also showed Sheldon appreciating how Amy looks in her ‘pile of swans’ dress. The finale showed more raw emotion and genuine love that the couple has for one another.
Fans have been waiting for this episode for years, and now that it happened, fans are baffled on what is in store for the couple. On the latest episode of Young Sheldon, ‘Vanilla Ice Cream, Gentleman Callers, and a Dinette Set,’ young Sheldon Cooper revealed the next chapter of Amy and grown-up Sheldon in the Big Bang Theory Season 12.
Young Sheldon ended its first season revealing that Sheldon would expand his family in a significant way at some point. Grown-up Sheldon Cooper said in a voice-over that he would want his kids in the future. “I would go on to draw up such contracts throughout my life, with my roommates, with my life, even with my children,” said Sheldon in his voice-over, after he drew up a contract for his Meemaw and her friend.
Show analysts estimate that Big Bang Theory’s upcoming 12th season is the last. But fans shouldn’t feel down because if it were the previous season, it would not fail to wrap – up the characters’ stories and not leave fans hanging and disappointed.
